Physiotherapy FAQs

Do I need a referral to see a physio?

No — for most appointments you can book directly with no referral. If you’re using a Medicare CDM plan, DVA or WorkCover, a referral or claim is needed, and we’ll help you sort it out.

What funding can I use?

We work with private clients, Medicare EPC/CDM, NDIS, DVA, WorkCover and private health funds. If you’re unsure what you’re entitled to, give us a call and we’ll talk it through.

How long is an appointment?

Your first appointment is usually longer so we can take a full history and assess how you move. Follow-up sessions are shorter. We’ll confirm the details when you book.

What should I bring?

Any relevant scans or referral letters, your funding details (Medicare, NDIS, DVA or fund card), and comfortable clothing you can move in. That’s it — we’ll guide you through the rest.

Book your physiotherapy appointment
