Clinical Pilates FAQs

Do I need to have done Pilates before?

Not at all. We start with an assessment and tailor your sessions to your level, so Clinical Pilates suits complete beginners as well as experienced movers.

Is it suitable if I have an injury or condition?

Often, yes — that’s exactly what Clinical Pilates is designed for. Exercises are chosen around your body and any injuries or conditions, which is why we start with an assessment.

Can I claim on private health?

Depending on your cover and who runs your session, rebates may apply. Check your level of extras cover, or ask us and we’ll point you in the right direction.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in, and grip socks if you have them. We’ll let you know anything else when you book your assessment.
