Exercise Physiology FAQs

Can I use my NDIS plan?

Often, yes — exercise physiology commonly sits under Improved Daily Living. It depends on how your plan is managed, so bring your plan details and we’ll confirm how it applies.

Do I need a referral?

Not for private appointments. For a Medicare rebate under a Chronic Disease Management plan, your GP will need to refer you — we can guide you through it.

What does a session involve?

After an assessment, your exercise physiologist builds a safe, progressive program you can do here and at home, and reviews your progress over time.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in, your funding or plan details, and any relevant medical information or referrals.
